Cost of Attending Classes

At Lighthouse Theological Institute & Seminary (LTIS), we strive to make quality education affordable and accessible to all who are called to pursue theological and ministry studies.

  1. Tuition and Fee Responsibility

    • Students are responsible for paying tuition and fees by the published due dates each quarter.

    • Tuition covers a portion of the actual cost of instruction, with additional support provided by outside resources to help maintain affordability.

  2. Payment Schedule

    • Full payment or the first installment (if on a payment plan) is due on or before the first day of classes each quarter.

    • Monthly payment plans must be followed exactly as agreed upon at the time of registration.

  3. Late Payments

    • A late fee will be assessed for payments received after the due date.

    • Failure to pay may result in suspension of class access, transcript holds, or dismissal until the account is brought current.

  4. Accepted Payment Methods

    • LTIS accepts payments by credit card, debit card, paypal, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or approved electronic transfer.

  5. Refunds and Withdrawals

    • Refunds follow the LTIS Refund Policy as outlined in the Student Handbook. Students withdrawing after the add/drop period may still be responsible for partial or full tuition costs.

  6. Commitment to Stewardship

    • LTIS views financial responsibility as an important aspect of personal stewardship. We encourage students to prayerfully and carefully plan for tuition obligations as part of their preparation for effective ministry.

Payment Flexibility Statement
If the trimester payment amount is too high, we are happy to work with students to reduce their quarterly payments through an adjusted payment plan. Please note: Any reduction in trimester payments will result in a remaining balance that must be paid in full before the student is eligible for graduation, transcript release, or degree conferral.
